Everyone has their dream car - well, most people do - mine was the Toyota Supra.

It probably stems from my father owning a 1984 Toyota XT as when I turned 16 I longed for a 1984 Toyota Celica Supra, which was essentially the same shell - but with a more powerful engine and more aggressive look.

Unfortunately insurance for a 16 year old with a turbo car is somewhat ridiculous, so I was forbidden from going down this path till I was older. By the time I had turned 25, that model were mainly rusted and not overly reliable, so I went hunting for a more recent model.

I started hunting for a MKIV Supra in 2005, and sold my Celica about the same time... through friends of my brother we came across a 1993 Toyota Supra MKIV RZ 6 speed in black which was in need of some TLC..

It was snatched up and the project began...
