This little toy was actually my brothers, purchased some 10 years ago and punished many times in the Broadwater. Apparently once he took it out in the surf and submerged it, requiring a helicopter to lift him and it back.

In mid 2006 one of my mates Will had his bucks party and during it we all went out jet skiing. I don't know why, but I got hooked on it. Which is funny, because I never really cared much for it when we first got our ski.

Anyway, the ski hadn't been run for a few years, so it has required quite a lot of maintenance - to the point that nearly every time I take it out I manage to break it.

Thankfully, through Will I have found a really good jet ski mechanic, Denny, who has been able to keep her running despite my attempt(s) at blowing her up ;)
