The last few days have been..... mm.. wonderful!

Work has dropped off a bit, well quite a lot actually.. and it's given me a chance to spend some time with Bek.. which after her being sick for 2 weeks was well and truly over due..

OK a quick rundown..

I met this girl by chance.. all because one of the guys in the Club asked me to give him a lift into a Club meeting and when I went to pick him up, Bek was out the front - who I first thought was this guys gf...

I very nearly didn't give him a lift coz I was running late and in a foul mood because after spending a weekend trying to fix a problem on my car, we had created a new one..

We had the most briefest of chats.. and by chance I managed to find her email address.. a few weeks later and we've started hanging out..

and it's only been two days but it's already been a lot of fun.. but the most refreshing part of all is that there are no mind games.. none.. zip.. zilch.. zero.. [happy sigh]

Ironically she is probably the first girl I've met in a while which I didn't meet through an internet dating site.. perhaps there's something in that? [laffs]

Over the last few years I've got myself into little balls of stress over whichever girl I was seeing due to the fact that whether they meant it or not, they have played games..

Mixed feelings due to complications with past lovers.. fighting for someones attention because they're chatting up too many guys at once.. or God knows what other ridiculous things..

Anyways, not to get too far ahead of myself.. as whenever I do, things all come crumbling down.. but despite the fact I've had barely 5 hours sleep each night for the last few nights.. I am on a big high.. so something needed to be said :D

Nothing is complete it would seem without some form of complication - and this complication comes in the form of Bek's sister and her bf. Bek and I are both copping flack it would seem about us hanging out together.. apparently I'm a bad egg or something..

actually I think the term 'womaniser' may have been used [laffs]

maybe in my wildest dreams.. but argh.. I think I understand what's really going on.. I just wish that rather than rubbish me, she would just tell Bek what she really has against Bek and I hanging out..

Nevermind, I said earlier that I wasn't going to let this affect us having fun together..

[stomps feet and changes subject]

Currently listening to David Guetta's album "Pop Life" - goddam I love this artist!! and how did all these tracks get released without me nabbing every single one of them on vinyl!

I have some serious record buying to do it would seem..

See.. I can justify that.. spend $200 on records as opposed to $200 on go-karting.. as much as I would learn from that experience.. and as much as I'm not even making money on the whole 'dj hobby'.. it's just something I enjoy so much..

TRANSFORMERS got released today! WOOTY WOOTNESS!

Going to see it tomorrow night.. can't wait.. they better play the theme song somewhere in it!

Car has gone in this morning to have the air compressor repaired.. after all the messing around on the weekend, it wasn't the water pump after all.. but for our efforts I now have a custom made billet tensioner pulley.. [laffs]

Getting the front springs replaced next week as well, sick of scraping on everything.. and I'm a careful driver.. it's just the car is sooo damn low with that bloody bodykit on it!

oh.. my ipod nano died last friday night too.. which has severely impacted my ability to enjoy countless hours of good music in my car.. i've had to resort to burning cd's.. UGH....

Considering getting the 8gb black nano (has to be black).. although one of my mates has said he has a spare I can have.. I just have to get my arse around to his place to say hi and have a beer with him...

I've been talking about doing it for months, but we're always both busy.. so I'll have to make an effort...

Anyways.. work to be done.. I somehow started processing a domain transfer request, thinking about updating a server and ended up posting a blog entry instead..
